My name is Padraig O'Hara, and I was born on the west coast of Ireland. While I’m not sure of the significance of that fact, it has been part of shaping who I am. I've had a diverse career spanning retail management, event management, and now Flo First.

I’ve always had an inquisitive mind, fascinated by people and their journeys to success - from athletes and business leaders to peacemakers. However, for a long time, I doubted my own abilities, often feeling like I lacked the knowledge or DNA to achieve great things, despite others telling me otherwise.

That all changed when I became part of a community that aligned with my talents, values, and beliefs.

For over 10 years, I’ve been involved with this business, watching it evolve from an offline venture into an incredible online enterprise.

The rewards have given me both the time and financial freedom to pursue my dreams, one of which was to live in a place I had always longed for.
